Not all debts are dischargeable in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.  

Non-dischargeable debts include the following:

  • Domestic Support Obligations, spousal and child support
  • Taxes due and payable within the last three-years
  • Student loans
  • Court fines and criminal restitution
  • Personal injuries caused when driving drunk or under the
    influence of drugs
  • Wages and benefits owed by a debtor who is an employer
